About SDG, LLC.

SDG, LLC. is a Christ-Focused social enterprise, whereby we engage with ex-offenders, who have come to Christ, as our primary labor pool to perform municipal work required by The Allen County Board of Commissioners Building Department and the City of Fort Wayne.

Contracted work includes house cleanouts, demolition and deconstruction projects. This paid work is a vehicle of positive reinforcement to further them along their walk with Christ, offer hope and sustainable employment, training and potential housing. Individuals who have barriers to employment start working with our program. This becomes a filter for those who can maintain and sustain their walk with Christ, and their own recovery and reintroduction to society. We focus on discipleship, mentoring, and flexibility because typically these individuals have very restrictive logistical issues, whether it's house arrest, last-minute court dates, drug tests etc.
